Is there a balance limit on my Gift Card or eGift Card?

Yes. Your Gift Card or eGift Card is redeemable only up to the available balance of the card.

Is my Gift Card or eGift Card reloadable?

No.

Is my Gift Card or eGift Card redeemable for cash?

No, unless otherwise required by law.

What can I purchase with my Gift Card or eGift Card?

Your Gift Card or eGift Card may be used only toward the purchase of food, beverage, tax and gratuity at participating Tavistock Restaurant Collection locations.

Can I get a refund for my Gift Card or eGift Card purchase?

Your Gift Card or eGift card may not be refunded unless the unused Gift Card or eGift Card is presented with the original receipt within fifteen (15) days of purchase.

Can I get a replacement card if I lose my Gift Card or eGift Card?

No. Tavistock Restaurant Collection is not responsible for Gift Cards or eGift Cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
