Napa Valley Grille welcomes Greg Gauthier, proprietor of Gauthier Select Vineyards and vice president of wine production and sales for Bouchaine Vineyards. Greg is passionate about winemaking, believing that wines must be varietally “true” and that they must be distinctive of the place where the grapes were grown. Early on in his career, Greg earned the nickname “G-Squared,” which represents his commitment, sense of teamwork, and larger-than-life personality.
